The food at the restaurant was amazing. I can highly recommend ordering the 'Beer crusted roast'. Was the best I have ever had in Germany. The breakfast was also nice. It is basic, but has everything that you need. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly. Toilets, bathroom and apartments are clean. We will return here again.

Clean, warm, comfortable rooms. The entire hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast was very good with homemade jam. Friendly, kind staff. The restaurant served delicious meals at night.

    · I didn't like the service provided.

    · I didn't like the service provided. This was one of the worst customer services I've received since using booking.com. It stated the night of check in. On arrival I had to contact the host in order to get instructions on how to get into the apartment. I tried calling but only got voice mail recording and never got an answer back. I messaged them through the booking app and after several messages they first wrote to back saying that instructions should've been given to me in the check in instructions which I never received. So instead of sending me the check-in instructions they sent me the access code. It was embarrassing because I ended up waking the neighbor probably scared them to death because I was trying to get into her apartment. Then I had to ask for the WiFi password because there isn't a guest book with any of the information needed to know about the apartment. I didn't not know that there wasn't a reception on site. I just saw that the check in hours was from 1500-0000 so I assumed someone would be present on arrival. I was never informed that this was a self-check in location. I didn't get internet access until Saturday evening when after my second message asking them for the password finally got answered. I had to request several times for an invoice before it was finally sent. Since this was a business there is a short deadline to get trip vouchers quickly as possible for compensation. I feel i should get some compensation from the inconvenience rendered us. This apartment is right on the street side and traffic is a constant all through the night so it's not a quiet apartment.
