    Service is excellent 👌 it's a hotel with senior citizen as a target group but the staffs and the facilities are kids friendly. our kids love our stay, the bigger one likes the billiards and football table, the small one loves the playroom. Guess have fix table at the restaurant, so it's avoiding waiting time or chaos during breakfast or dinner. Very organized! Food are fine and we love the full meal!! the fact that I don't have to cook during holiday is a plus. 😂 The bar is nice to close the day.

    Nice clean appartment. Perfect for up to four with two bedrooms and livingroom + kitchenfacilities with all you need. Private parking, elevator if needed, tv & wifi and nature just outside the door- good for walking/biking and of course bikepark + mtb not far away (maybe ski if any snow). Several restaurants nearby. The Harz is allways worth a visit.

    Breakfast was good. Not an extensive selection as in a very large hotel (like bacon or pancakes) but really quite good and excellent coffee (a large london hotel struggled there). Also the entire hotel was renovated not too long ago and looks quite modern on the inside , the photos dont lie.
