The team were fantastic, I booked this hotel for my colleague and once they heard that she is Vegan, the staff went to the local supermarket to get snacks for her. She was so thankful that she messaged me that night. The hotel is super close to the main office, which allowed my colleague to walk to work each day. This is a hidden gem for anyone traveling to Heidenheim an der Brenz for work.

    We could have stayed in Heidenheim a *little* (not "much")...

    We could have stayed in Heidenheim a *little* (not "much") longer, to see the Roman museum, for example. The reason for the visit was a performance of Tannhäuser at the summer Opernfestpiele. It was very high quality, even though moved at short notice (actually, without any on-site notice at all) from the picturesque outdoor ruined-castle setting to a nearby conference centre. This actually benefited it in terms of acoustics.

    Nice hotel with good staff. Breakfast was good but it is also a hotel with lots of famllies with kids hence it was busy and noisy. The breakfast staff was fully busy with dishes but did not manage to keep up. Very good service when we arrived at midnight. The 24 hr recepetion was perfect. Size and standard of the rooms and beds was good.

    Ecome Heidenheim is a modern, clean, cool hotel on the edge of Heidenheim town centre, a short walk from most of the shops and businesses. There's ample parking, big, modern rooms and it does a pretty good breakfast.

    We loved this hotel, the location was perfect for our trip to the Steiff museum and the staff were so friendly especially as we didn't speak German they were so helpful with us using our translator.
