    We could have stayed in Heidenheim a *little* (not "much")...

    We could have stayed in Heidenheim a *little* (not "much") longer, to see the Roman museum, for example. The reason for the visit was a performance of Tannhäuser at the summer Opernfestpiele. It was very high quality, even though moved at short notice (actually, without any on-site notice at all) from the picturesque outdoor ruined-castle setting to a nearby conference centre. This actually benefited it in terms of acoustics.

    Really nice hotel, super centrally located, there r restaurants, shopping centre,pedestrian zone like 1 min away. Really nice guy at the reception who can help you with everything, super friendly with great advice (not used to this in germany hehe :-p). I got a free room upgrade which was very appreciated. Impeccably clean, you also get slippers, toiletries, water, everything :-) and there is fridge in the room. Will def come again!
