Newly renovated rooms. Very helpful nice staff. Very good food quality. Very nice breakfast (coffee variety, egg variety, fresh fruit and veg, tasty bread, yoghurt etc), dogs welcome. Very good value for money and good location for hikes in the Rhön.

Very short distance from the highway, and very quiet at night. The hotel is carefully modernised with nice details from the history. The menu is far too large to handle with fresh foods for a kitchen, so we wonder how it is organized.
