More spacious than I had imagine. The climate control systems worked well, it was great to be able to go to bed in cool temperature. There are many restaurants within 15mins radius. The staff were helpful too. Breakfast wasn't with too much variety, and a bit basic. But it was good.

The ladies in the dining hall were exception. Though we do not speak German, but they explained the dishes to us, & knew what our tastes since we were there for 2 weeks. Thank you ladies !!! Nice huge gym with plenty of exercise equipment.

Large and comfortable apartment in a quiet area. Good place for stopover with kids and a dog. There is also parking option underground thought that is not good with a rooftop box- they have two outdoor parking places that is perfect then.

It's important for reviews to be accurate and honest. Since this place was new with only 2 reviews, I knew we were taking a chance to stay here. The location was great for what we needed. The location was clean, which included an attached bathroom and shower. There was good access to the main roads. Overall, the Oase was OK for what we needed but not great.

    This location is just outside of the city limits of Koln, so tickets on the S-Bahn are slightly more costly to get into the centre of the city. However the transport service is excellent and the nearest S-Bahn station is just 15 minutes walk away

    Room was nice, clean, spacious; had all the needed amenities. Beds were comfortable and shower was in good condition. Location was good - from hotel ~10 min walk time to a train station or Sbahn, then another 20 min or so till Köln Hbf. Parking was free of charge. Isolated, and very peaceful. Breakfast was ok, nothing extraordinary.

    Although the room is not spacious, but the cleanliness is at a high level and everything is in its place, there was no hot water on the day of stay - a breakdown in the area, which was warned in a timely manner, it would be nice to have a boiler room in hotels of this level or at least a small boiler in the room on such cases.
