Everything. The rooms were very modern and spacious with a large bathroom. The restaurant is beautiful and the food both evening and breakfast was amazing. There is a large parking area right next to the rooms. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and made our stay very special. So much so that we will definitely return here. Steffi was amazing, providing us with local information and making us feel welcome in their beautiful guest house.

The spa itself was exquisitely designed, with soothing colors, soft lighting, and a calming ambiance that created the perfect atmosphere for indulging in much-needed rejuvenation. The attention to detail was impeccable, evident in every aspect of the spa, from the plush robes and slippers provided to the gentle melodies playing in the background. The range of treatments offered was simply outstanding. Whether you're seeking a blissful massage to ease away tension and knots or a revitalizing facial to revive your skin's natural glow, the spa's skilled therapists catered to every need with expertise and care. Their professionalism and knowledge of various techniques ensured that each treatment was tailored to my specific preferences, leaving me feeling utterly pampered and renewed. One standout feature of the spa was its state-of-the-art facilities. The food quality and taste definitely ranks 1st. Very good Vegetarian Options. Secondly the staff are very accommodating. They did a very nice table decoration as I informed them that we were there for our anniversary dinner. They really take good care and can speak English.

    Ibach was a nice area to use as a home base.

    Ibach was a nice area to use as a home base. We explored it going for some nature walks. It was only an hour or so drive to other places such as Triberg and Freiburg. It was also close to the largest lake in the Black Forest, Lake Schluchsee (20 minutes). We were lucky because when we went (end of March), we had varied weather. So we got to experience the area in all seasons, waking up to fresh snowfall on some days. :)
