    Book this very cosy hotel set in an idyllic hilly backdrop, polite staff, lovely breakfast. Spa area has a pool and whirlpool jacuzzi that has several jet options, there is a small playground and sauna, steambath as well. The family suite was the most spacious and comfortable one we have ever been in. The only downside is that there wasn’t a joint bed in the “parents” room but overall a pleasant stay with kids.

    It's a very nice and convenient place for skiing and snowboarding, around 3.5 - 4 hours drive from Berlin. The number and type of slopes is perfect for offering enough variety to beginner/intermediate, but also easy when people want to do different tracks and meet for lunch. On the Fichtelberg side there are 3/4 tracks in total, they all end very close to each other and there are many (affordable and good) huts for lunch, also with some vegetarian/vegan options. (we ate at Prijut12, definitely recommended!) We didn't go to the Czech side, next time!

    Lovely place I'd love to visit in the summer, because the ski day is taken up skiing and of course then the tired children mean no time for fun out and about but the place looks lovely. Found a an eiscafe/pizza place which was very good and also they wer happy to make some pizzas on gluten free bases we brought with us.

    Excellent quiet hotel in the midst of nature with spacious rooms, new nicely furbished spa and wellness area with a variety of saunas including a proper Finnish sauna with a great view across the ore mountains. Great location right on the cross-country skiing, hiking and biking trails. Nice restaurant, very good breakfast and modern regional cuisine. Very friendly staff. World famous owner.

    The accommodation is super huge with many room. There is a kitchen which is fully equipped and the highlight is there is a fire place. This place is just 4 min drive to the ski place and 5 min drive to the engine train.itd super clean. You have to collect the keys from alpine lodge , which is 5 min away from the fasa lodge
