I was staying at this hotel for 4 days whilst visiting my son. I had travelled from the UK to LossBurg on my motorcycle. I arrived at the hotel on the Friday afternoon after having a bag stolen from my motorcycle during a coffee stop at Marmoutier, France. The staff were incredible...! Nothing was too much of a problem and they reassured me that they would help in anyway I needed. Even the two Hotel Maintenance staff made sure I had a bottle of fresh cold Springwater as I sorted out the carnage of my situation having lost my wallet, passport, phone, bank cards, money and glasses. I have previously lived in Germany and have travelled that country extensively and always received an outstanding friendly welcome and an unquestionable level of good service but the Wellness Hotel and its staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable and uncomplicate stay. The hotel is spotless, the location is excellent for just relaxing at the Spa, sightseeing, or just exploring the local area. The facilities are superb, the food is prepared with fresh ingredients, cooked with care and presented well. Lovey outdoor dining and socialising area and easy onsite secure parking. The hotel has a very quiet, calm and relaxed atmosphere. And the staff ?, well I can't praise them enough for their enthusiasm, dedication, happy personalities and level of customer service and care. Thank all at the Wellness Hotel Hohenrodt for all your help, support and a fantastic stay whilst visiting my son. Looking forward to future visits. Ian CROCK.

We were the first to stay in this spacious appartment. Everything is new, clean and it is in a quiet place. At night everything is quiet. We had a terrace in the garden with a view of the valley. Had a double room which was very spacious and clean. Both room and bathroom (quite large) recently renovated. (Apparently all rooms have been recently - last 2 years renovated). Good assortment of options for breakfast.

Very large room, very tastfully appointed, comfortable furniture and beds, with a terrific view from room's large balcony. The hotei was near a thick hardwood forest crosed by many well marked easy trails. The check in was easy, the woman at desk was very knowledgable and fun to talk to. The spa and pool were outstanding. The restaurant's dinner and breakfast were delicious, and choices were great. Rarely have I stayed somewhere that I enjoyed as much.

    Excellent location to spend the night after a gin tasting at Monkey 47 distillery. The room was very nice and comfortable, with a beautiful view and spotless clean. The restaurant serves delicious food for both dinner and breakfast. The lady running the hotel does a great job and is also very friendly. It is a shame we only spent one night in this hotel, next time we will take the time to stay longer.

    This hotel is the most outstanding I've ever been in. The personnel is really focussed on clients, the treatment of our doggy was exceptional, everything super clean, the food was really good, the variety of food to choose from for breakfast outstanding, parking facilities top, and you can drive from this place everywhere in the Black Forest. We will surely come back.

    A beautiful hotel. The staff were very welcoming and professional. Everything in the hotel was in absolutely top condition, and fully functioning. The heating was excellent. Super comfy bed. Fantastic shower room. Superb breakfast, with a lot of choice of hot & cold food. Excellent restaurant serving local produce.
