Location great for the thermal baths. Very helpful hosts, good English spoken. Discount card provided by the hotel, for the thermal baths, where we were also assisted in English. Small separate kitchen for DIY hotel guests. Parking onsite. Comfortable room with balcony. Lovely park with big trees and benches, just a few meters down the road from the hotel. Great breakfast.

    This is our second time at Gleiseins,the rooms are new refurbished and very basic, but with all the necessary.The staff is friendly and welcoming.Breakfast is good,but there is no buffet,the food is prepared on your table in the morning.Please note the Hotel is on the train station,but not much noise.

    Very authentic place: Local people, local food. Very friendly and helpful staff and owners. Location is great to explore the city of Naila and or use as a base for regional day trip. Also for business trips it’s perfect.
