Easy to find the appt., free parking space, good location, communication with the host. very well equipped kitchen and also the whole appt., there were some details - like magazines, cosmetics, tea, sugar & salt in the kitchen so it makes the stay more comfortable and you fell like at home.

Very good place to stay with a dog. This place had everything you would need. From kitchen utensils to fridge and electric hob. Comfortable beds, you will find even shower gel. No extra charges for having a dog. Would visit this hotel again. Highly recommend this place.

The hotel is very close to Therme One, a bus is driving clients to Therme each hour. The room is very clean, it has balcony and we also appreciated the design. The breakfast is fabulously good and vast. Also, parking is available at the hotel for free. Not the least, staff is very kind and helpful. We'll definitely come back!

    Perfect situated hotel close to A3 and the Austrian border.

    Perfect situated hotel close to A3 and the Austrian border. Large rooms for a family of four (2 adult and 2 kids age 14 & 15). Nice beds (missed reading lamps at the main bed in the room we had though). Quiet surroundings. This time the restaurant was closed at the night of arrival, so we had to find somewhere else to eat which was a shame as the food here had been good during previous stays. Breakfast has everything you want except for scrambled eggs... On line check in worked very well, perfect! Nice villages - both Neuhaus am Inn and Schärding, we took a walk across the bridge over the river Inn to Schärding in Austria. A little bit short of parking space when fully booked. No charging station for electric-/hybrid cars.

    Good location, 10 minutes from A3.

    Good location, 10 minutes from A3. Nice and warm room, shower facilities excellent with hot water already set to 40 degrees, clean linings, kettle available, good firm mattress, all in one best you can get.

    We stayed at this hotel about 10 years ago and was curious to see how it is today. We received the entry codes for the room and the self check in/check out worked perfectly. The hotel is still optimal for an overnight stopover, there are enough parking places around, a fridge is also available in the room.

    Easy entry with a code received via email the day we arrived. Helpful staff on the hotel's hotline (we got the two door codes for the two rooms we booked at different times, so we asked...) Parking directly in front of the hotel. Close to the highway.

    Really nice hotel to stay overnight from a long trip. Clean, peaceful but some guests can be noisy after 10 pm. So I think there should be some phone number so you can make complain about these guests. Other than that everything was fine with me.

    Simple modern hotel with automated checking close to highway. Very convenient when you travel long distances. Big bathroom with walk-in shower, practical small kitchen, big fridge, kettle. Enough parking space in front of building.
