Unfortunately there is a bug in booking.com, where when we book it shows breakfast included, but finally it comes as no breakfast (so we had to pay for the breakfast at the venue); i had same experience when I booked for my room at Hotel Boulevard, Muscat, Oman. The breakfast at Hotel Neuss is functional, clean and working style. This is a good hotel for the corporate middle to lower upper executive.

This is a great hotel with a fantastic location for Dusseldorf and the wider area. We were greeted by two attentive male colleagues on the reception desk on Friday. Very helpful and they spent their time to introduce us the their membership scheme which rewarded loyalty from our stays. The bar was closed that evening, they were still on hand from our day out to provide us with some german beer freshments. Still with a welcoming smile and personable manner. The breakfast is always a delight and myself and my friend stayed for 2 breakfasts over the weekend. No complaints there and always clean, tidy and delicious! Thanks again for all your help! Very professional and its always a pleasure to stay at your hotel. This has been a highly dependable hotel for our group of friends for nearly ten years now. We thoroughly enjoy coming back because of its great location and ease of access to the local motorway.

The rooms were very clean beds were very comfortable and warm room because i hate cold hotels en warm douche.. bathroom very clean.. the staff at the lobby is nice and you can check out later for only €15 so thats great! And its very central its nearby the stiom and nearby the city center!

All processes were smooth and well planed. room is as described and got an excellent communication from the host prior and following the stay. couldn't be more satisfied. walking distance to bus stops, tram and hauptbahnhof. it is also close to main street and shops. it was in quiet and nice neighbourhood, very suitable for families.

    The hotel was close to the River Rhine: there runs a lovely walk along the Rhine under mature trees, so it's shady and comfortable, with really nice views, it's inviting to sit and watch the ships go by, large meadow areas for children to play the town has all facilities, plenty of different shops in the pedestrianised road running from the station to the market square, restaurants, cafe's, ice cream parlours

    It's a small town away from the busy city centre of Dusseldorf. Its a town that is full of its own history and heritage. English not commonly spoken here but they will understand you. A town that is full of arts & culture such as "CLEMEN SELS MUSEUM & CHURCH"..if its something that you are looking for. Transportation coverage is quite good. A town that has both cultural and modern amenities to look for. Culturally; there are museums and famous old buildings that you can see. Modern...there are places that you can shop such as a mall and some shops that offer products at an affordable pricing. Bring your own bag to keep the stuff you bought as no bags are given for your purchase. Its very quiet on SUNDAYS with 90% of the shops and malls are closed. Just few eateries that is open and probably will be closed by about 4pm on sunday. Most days..the town will come alive around 10am and sleeps by 5pm. So plan your day there well. Do look out for the clock songs that will play in the afternoon. there are 2 buildings that has a clocks with bells that sings & rings. I tried some pastry at this "OEBEL CAFE". i tried the bacon&egg sandwich ...and its tasty. Just like any other city's or town that you go too; you got to be careful with your belongings.
