Loved the hot tub and large bathroom. The room itself was lovely and huge! The bed was super comfortable, great night sleep. The room reminds me of a bridal sweet, very romantic! What was truly amazing is how she helped us get into a vet for our dogs for treatment so we could catch our ferry. She was on the phone for approximately 20 minutes. So kind and helpful. Another point is it had great internet.

Easy secure underground parking with clearly marked and allocated bays. Easy direct access from garage to reception. Exceptionally polite and efficient staff. Great breakfast and dinner. Comfortable and very clean room. Excellent value for money.

We had requested for check-in post the normal hours and the staff were very prompt and accommodating! The rooms were nice and the breakfast was great. The city center was less than 5 minutes away!
