The location is perfect, with parking just a few meters away .The re-creation of the old post office has been lovingly done - modern up-to-date amenities and old architecture coexist beautifully .The breakfast buffet was very good, and there is more than enough seating for the guests, which is often a rarity...we loved our stay!

The fine details of design, colors of the interior, it is full of thoughts, carrying warm energy to us. We love the idea on toilet and bath are separated. The common are to get a drink, I could sit and write, giving me good energy after a long day. The receptionist offered her time to talk while there was no other guests around, feeling homey!

Flensburg is a beautiful and charming town, and Central Hotel is perfectly located – very close to the main bus station and right at the beginning of the main street. There are plenty of transportation options nearby, from buses to e-scooters. The room was excellent, clean, and well-equipped, and it seems the hotel is developing and upgrading. Everything worked perfectly, and the overall condition was new and fresh. The highlight for me was the strong shower stream – exactly what I needed after a 4-hour train journey. The provided amenities (toothbrush, shaving kit, and grooming set) were also very convenient. Breakfast was wonderful, not crowded, with two buffet lines so you could always get more without waiting. Cleanliness was outstanding, both in the room and the dining area. I also appreciated the option to leave my luggage after checkout and enjoy exploring the town freely. Overall, a great experience – thank you for the amazing hospitality!

Nice hotel in a great location just where the pedestrian street starts. The room was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, the WiFi was great, and the breakfast was also good. But the best part was the staff at the front desk, they were fantastic. All helpful and always happy and ready to help if you needed anything. So we will happily stay here again.

    A nice and fine place to have a good sleep and breakfast during your trips on the road where even your dog is very welcome! The staff is top, the bed is simply one of the best we ever had, the bathroom is perfect, and your breakfast is brought to the room. You will enjoy your stay !

    We were driving to Southern Germany from Northern Denmark...

    We were driving to Southern Germany from Northern Denmark and needed a place near the motorway for an overnight stop. We arrived at midnight, found the keys in the secure location the hotel had described, let ourselves in and went to bed. We had a very quiet night, woke early, received our breakfasts in our rooms, checked out and got back on the road

    The hotel was outstanding, with many thoughtful details that made a big difference in the overall experience. Small gifts for children at reception, a travel kit in the room, and some sweets were lovely touches. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was excellent and delivered straight to the room. It's clear that the owners truly care about creating a comfortable and enjoyable stay for their guests.

    We had a wonderful stay, nice big beds, very kind owners and we loved the decor. A very cozy hotel. Also great that you are able to get free coffee and to buy drinks and snacks at the reception at reasonable prices The placement near the lake and the woods is also good for a walk There's was also a small gift bag, which was really nice

    We stayed one night but what an experience. The room has everything you need. The hotel has a garden with several nice objects. Breakfast was very good and more than you can eat. We were surprised.
