Excellent base, right on the edge of lovely countryside. Fantastic breakfast, parking, great restaurant too.

I love the cozy and comfy atmosphere of this hotel. So romantic and it's lovely to stay here! It's 20 minutes' drive from Schwerin Castle and the road is not so hard to find based on Google Maps. You feel like in the green area, not the crowded city center, and the environment is quiet with lots of parking. The parking costs 5 euro per day.

I picked the hotel for the amazing baroque stucco ceilings and was not disappointed! Very friendly staff, easy stay, would come back again, thank you!

Enjoy regional specialities and changing dishes as well as well-equipped rooms at the Ostorfer See lake. Schwerin's historical quarter is a 20-minute walk away.

Comfortable, attractive room, delicious breakfast buffet with good variety, pleasant lobby and reception area, outdoor dining area was a plus, helpful and friendly staff View of lake from room was really nice. It was a pleasant 20 minute walk to castle and into town. Coming by train, Schwerin Mitte is closer to the hotel than Hauptbahnhof, but either is doable.
