Great place, easy to find location, friendly staff and easy to reach online for pre-trip questions. There is an option to add breakfast to the accommodation. We arrived at the hotel before check in time and were greeted by super helpful staff. The place is very quiet and clean like the whole city in fact. The booking site only gave an option for joined beds, in a note when booking we wrote a request to be separated because we are not a couple, and when we arrived the room had two separate beds, instructions for heating/cooling and how everything works in English, internet password, coffee, tea, towels, soap...everything needed for a temporary stay. Large shops are 10 minutes away on foot. The train station is a 2-minute walk away, the area does not have heavy traffic because, as we have seen, most people use bicycles.

Super friendly and accommodating. Wonderful and clean and just got to love midday check out!!! Highly recommend this place. We went the Glaspalast for a concert and when we returned at midnight the bar was still open

We have stayed at this hotel many times because of it's proximity to the motorway, a reasonably-priced petrol station and local eateries as well as the magnificent park. The staff are welcoming, and so helpful - after our last visit they acted on feedback and my wife had a different gluten-free bread offering and we were were given a room with a lovely view of the park. As ever, the breakfast was magnificent, and whilst the bathroom is small there is plenty of hot water with a powerful shower. It seemed that they have replaced the quilts and bed linen - lovely crisp white cotton and generous, warm quilts were fabulous.

    Renningen is easy to get around on foot.

    Renningen is easy to get around on foot. It was close to the train station, restaurants and supermarkets. We had two very nice dinners at Schwaben Schaenke Da Angelo, an Italian eatery. This eatery has outside and inside dining. We enjoyed the pasta and spaghetti with family and friends. However, there are many more restaurants in the area which we will have to try out on our next visit. We also shopped at Rewe, Lidl, Aldi and Netto. On several occasions, we started our day by walking to Rewe (750 meters) and having a very good coffee with an exceptional piece of Pflaumenkuchen (plum cake). We also visited Marquardt Blumen Garten, a lovely garden center where one can purchase beautiful plants, flowers and flower arrangements, pots, accessories, etc. for special occasions. We wanted to visit the new outdoor swimming pool in Renningen. Unfortunately, it had just closed for the season upon our arrival. Next time!

    The hotel is located in a sort of mixed area (residential/industrial) toward the margin of the small town. The rooms and pretty modern and clean. The area is pretty quiet, and we slept well. There are sufficient parking spots all around the hotel and there is a restaurant downstairs.

    The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is kind and supportive. If you like running, there is a nice network of B-roads and trails just in the back of the hotel for some exercise. The room was very quiet.
