He gave us advice on dining options and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing, huge variety and all tasty. The lovely lady serving breakfast could not have been nicer and encouraged us to take extras - we did! The rooms were very comfy and we even got a balcony, not that we had time to sit on it.
