Julia helped us check in and warm and friendly . We left the bags at coat check and headed off to Europa park . When we reached Europa park my daughter realised that she had lost her small bag of toys . We assumed it would be lost and continued our day when we reached the hotel we just checked if it was there and long and behold Julia and wrapped it nicely and kept it safely for us. The stay was amazing and the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options . We will be visiting you again . Please note the only dinner option at the hotel is pizza so eat out or order from food delivery apps for dinner

Very very clean and in mint condition. We felt like we were in a newly renovated apartment. Well equipped and fully functional. Specially the electric roller blinds were very useful in these long daylight days. Very friendly reception when we arrived as well. Easy parking inside the property as well. Easy to get to Europe park as well.

The host is very nice. The apartment is lovely, clean and spacious, we stayed in the apartment a couple and three kids. Convenient location 7 minutes from Europa Park There is a bakery nearby and a good Italian restaurant. The apartment is equipped with all goodness, oil, sugar, salt etc...     My trip would be much better if I didn’t book in one of the most worst hotel in the world (Holiday Inn Express - Ringsheim, an IHG Hotel) because of a negative attitude and unprofessional receptionist working in this hotel with no morals. Unfortunately my luck was bad that night , my plan was to stay 4 nights and visit so many wonderful places but I left Ringsheim early because of their bad behaviors .

    I came to Ringsheim to visit the Europa Park resort.

    I came to Ringsheim to visit the Europa Park resort. It was a fun experience and I would recommend coming to visit when its not peak season. The bus service to Ringsheim station needs to be improved with more busses running a later service.

    Good looking place, great location (near to Europapark), the fitness was really modern and the room was clean. We really appreciated the tranquility of this hotel. The breakfast was also good, with many choices. Possibility to use the coffee machine at any time and free parking places outside. We also had two bottle of water in the fridge of the room. The whole experience in this hotel was great, strongly recommended
