This hotel is a gem! The staff is very welcoming, the breakfast offers just what you need, it is clean and the AC works perfectly 👍🏻 There is a bus stop 2 mins away that easily takes you to other parts of the city if you don’t want to walk. They offer a daily free drink per person if you don’t ask for cleaning. Such a nice vibe in these quarters! We recommend to eat at Mr Kebab.

Friend you need to change the instructions for settling in! That's a lot of text. And change the key finder. People are looking for keys and can't find them. The cleaning lady was looking for your keys for an hour until I directed her to the door. We couldn't find the keys either. ( we weren't looking for them ) This quest was confusing. it’s modern and stylish.. the lounge / bar area is chill and stylish. it’s a cool place to have a drink during evening. I think it’s just right without making it like a hostel. think the sensor lights under the bed is quite a caring smart feature.

What I liked the most is fantastic daily room service when the cleaning lady even washed the dishes (normally I don't expect this when staying in aparthotels). It was very quiet (some reviews mention road works, there was none in Dec 2024). Bed was extremely comfortable. Location is unbeatable: just 2 min walk from S/U Reeperbahn but not on Reeperbahn street itself. A good supermarket just across the road and some bigger ones in 15-20 min walk. I would definitely stay there again.

    Apartment in a quiet neighborhood located on the outskirts of Hamburg (in Schenefeld), at a distance of 1/2 hour by car. There is also the possibility of taking a direct bus to the city center but we did not try it. Private outdoor parking space. The apartment has all the comforts, well-equipped kitchen, smart tv, wifi, games and books for children in the bedroom downstairs. There is also a terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the sun (weather permitting). Impeccable cleanliness. The hostess is very friendly and available.

    The staff was friendly and professional. The room was nice. The restaurant offered me Good beer even after official closing time. There is a small parking just by the entrance of the hotel restaurant.
