Booked this for my Mom and Family. They loved the location close to Lahr, where my Dad was stationed several times as a Canadian Soldier. Great little property, with nice rooms and plentiful breakfast. Also a very hospitable staff.

Lovely large room, very clean + well equipped. Very big high quality comfortable bed Lavazza One machine à café in the room Lovely breakfast - served by the staff Excellent walks on the doorstep of the hotel into the Black Forest and quiet fields Good Italian Restaurant in the village (book ahead), and good restaurant in the hotel (good but pricey). Perfect overnight stay - recommended.

    The hotel is located in a very nice environment, surrounded by hills and the Black Forest. Excellent for hikers, but even the Europa-Park is within a 30 minutes driving distance. The receptionist lady was very helpful. The room was well equipped, clean and the breakfast offers a nice variety for a reasonable price.
