The reception staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, beautifully decorated, with a cozy, chic atmosphere. The toilet was separate, and the view of the mountain was exceptional. We had a fantastic stay. The location is amazing and the hotel is very modern and blends in with nature. The rooms were very comfortable and had lovely balconies overlooking the Black Forest. A great location. The room had everything and was spotless. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and although not cheap, the food was excellent and was well presented. An impressive wine list. Everything was done to make our stay enjoyable.

I love the hotel and the area. Hotel staff was absolutely brilliant and spoke very good English. Big room with bathroom cleaned daily. Food was fresh and tasty. Breakfast was amazing. Thank you for letting us stay in your Hotel
