Very nice apartment with access to the yard. I highly recommend it, the place is relaxing, clean and comfortable, has everything you need. The owners are fantastic, communication, service, help with additional questions, we will be happy to come back. Safe and beautiful surroundings of the apartment, great helpful neighbors. Room was very nice and everything was clean. Breakfast was excellent and had a lot of options. Staff were very friendly. The hotel has a gym with a weight rack, Smith machine, and treadmill, which provides good options of exercises if you want to keep active during your stay. Despite its location, there's a bus stop (with regular service even in late hours) right in front of the hotel that will take you to the city centre in under 20mn.

Quirky, very modern but with exposed stonework walls and old wooden roof beams. Spacious room with a lovely balcony to sit on with your morning coffee. Only about 5 mins walk to The Old Bridge and old town with all its bars and restaurants. Secure underground car park excellent for our motorbike. Helpful, pleasant staff. Loved this place. Would definitely stop again.

We stayed in the Kaiser suite, and it's even better than described. It is updated very large and luxurious with many comforts of home. There is a small patio that we enjoyed a beverage on before going out to dinner. The breakfast buffet was included in our rate and is definitely worth selecting when booking. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Christine in reception. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Superb breakfast. Very clean, spacious rooms. Very, very quiet. Close near Regensburg and Walhalla. Groceries (if you want or need some ) around the corner. Some good restaurants in walking distance (10-15 minutes max). Free parking.

    The hotel is unmanned and completely self-service. But the hotel's service is very meticulous and all aspects are taken into consideration. The hotel manager was worried about my language barrier and left me a message in the language of my nationality, telling me how to get the key and how to enter the building. All facilities in the hotel are very good and the beds are very comfortable. It's clean and tidy, and the kitchenette is fully equipped with all utensils, just like home. It’s a perfect score! grateful!

    For those seeking an affordable yet comfortable stay, the Donau Hotel delivers excellent value with its clean, no-frills rooms, communal cooking spaces with ample fridges, and unbeatable convenience - just off the highway yet within walking distance to Sinzing's charming town centre and lovely bakery open on Sundays. While not a luxury property, it provides all the essential amenities in a practical, functional package. Should not miss minimum a few hours visit to Regensburg!

    Stylish comfortable apartment for two adults and three kids. Loved the view. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy check in and check out experience with lock box. The main bedroom had an AC wich was a very pleasant surprise for us. The first day we arrived apartment was not cleaned due to misunderstanding of our arrival time so we worked out an arrangement with the owner to stay the first night in a nearby hotel in exchange of refunding us the first night.
