Absolutely perfect accommodation for families with children. Very clean. Staff very kind and friendly. Amazing kids club with professional care - kids loved it. Beautiful place! Unfortunately we stayed only 1 night and during winter, hence didnt have much chance to enjoy the facilities and environment. Breakfast was delicious.

We celebrated my wife's birthday. Specially served breakfast on the terrace. It was beautiful, even a festive cake-dessert was offered. We rented 3 rooms in the villa together with friends - everyone is very satisfied. Excellent villa, bright, vintage style - like from Carol's fairy tale "Through the Looking Glass". The staff is very friendly. Large area, because the villa is part of a large spa complex. There are areas for relaxation. Beautiful place - there is where to walk.

    The dog-friendly lake in front of the hotel is amazing: clean and easy to reach. Most welcomed facility was the dog shower in the garage, our dogs loved it very much and the extra blankets and bowls for them in the room were the "cherry on top". Also we loved that the restaurant had option for family traveling with pets. There is a special room where one can dine with their dogs without disturbing others.

    Perfect location for hikes and exploring. Anything you can think of is available at breakfast. Spa and pool very relaxing and mainly quiet. Great food and drinks available at the Bar and restaurants. Hotel lawn has easy access to the lake. All staff very polite and helpful especially the receptionists.

    Location is perfect!! Great view and also pet friendly hotel. There was a separate breakfast area for guest with pets. My dog enjoyed the place very much as there was a nice lakeside walking lane and enough place to play near the lake.

    The hotel is very smartly presented but difficult to navigate. There are corridors in all directions. Some rooms have a lift but other rooms don’t. Very confusing layout.
