Great location and good facilities in the apartment. We didn’t meet Melanie in person, but communication was fast and easy via the Booking.com app. We were only an older couple, but there were lots of toys and books for small children, and a folding travel bed as well.

The host was an excellent communicator from the beginning, with great detailed instructions on everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They also answered any questions I had during the stay immediately. The apartment was clean and well appointed, and you could see with all the small details like kitchen and bath soap, cleaning supplies, coffee and tea and even a basket for a nice dinner, it not only provided a warm and comfortable space, but also shows how much the hosts care about their guests. My two children loved it and couldn't wait to come back after a long day in the snow. The location is great with easy access to restaurants, cafes and the main highways. We had no issues with parking. Will definitely return if we are in the area, and highly recommend if you are looking for a wonderful place to stay.

    Charming town on the lake with wonderful promenade. Good train service. Lots of (expensive) shops. Wirtshaus is a great experience for Bavarian food. La Bagnarota Ristorante (Italian) is very convenient, friendly with good food. Avoid the Gallo Nero restaurant. Mediocre food and poor service.

    This is a very charming hotel, with very pleasant staff. The reception is only staffed until 5 pm. We were due to arrive late and the receptionist went out of her way to make sure that we were able to get in and find our keys. Breakfast was very good. The location was good for us as we arrived from Munich by train and it was only about 5-6 minutes walk from the station. It is relatively central and good for access to the lake shore.

    This is a very nice hotel on the lake with easy access to the train station. Comfortable room, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. No air conditioning but a very effective fan supplied.
