    Waldshut is a good hub to discover the Black Forest and to visit Switzerland as well. Waldshut is a clean, nice little town on the banks of the Rhine river, which makes it an ideal location for bike touring as well as for kayaking.

    Super clean and beautifully maintained apartment with generous and thoughtful host who was very kind to us during our stay. Lovely location in a safe and pretty area, close to shops and the Tiengen train station.

    The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. No AC but a fan was provided and this sufficed. The bed was comfortable and they provided complimentary slippers, sewing kit, vanity kit and powerful hairdryer. They had a garage where we and other cyclists to safely store our bikes overnight which was opened everyday for those leaving or arriving. They put on a lovely breakfast which really set us up for the day. The host was amazing and so kind going out of his way to make us feel welcome and satisfied customers.

    I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Schwanen. The personal was very polite and helped me with everything I needed. The room was new renovated , very clean with a very nice bathroom and shower. I would definitely stay here again.

    The hotel joint bar and beer garden in town was excellent with a good atmosphere. Nice coffee shops for lunch and a lovely walk along the river if you use the MAPSME app
