The bedroom was in the annexe next door and had an old fashioned high ceiling, it was very well equipped, all modern furniture, state of the art switches and lighting. Lovely chandelier. Bathroom was very modern and had the dual head shower. The bed was very comfortable. Pet friendly . reasonable price. So great overnight stop. For the breakfast had all i wanted and a bean to cup coffee machine.

The lively chef with the keen sense of humour who was skilled in creative cookery as evidenced in the evening meals which included German specialities of Pfifferling Schnitzel and, on the second evening, Rinderrouladen (Beef olives) with Red Cabbage and dumplings. Really lovely breakfast on a balcony and the location of the hotel is ideal for us. The evening meal and a cold beer, sitting outside on the terrace, was perfect after a long journey. It is the staff though, that make this hotel a traveller’s haven… nothing is too much trouble. We have already booked our 2026 visits and are looking forward to them.

Tthe location was amazing, literally a minute from the A3! We could park a car and a van with a trailer comfortably and safely, which was a bit of a worry and probably not possible with most hotels… We were very pleased with the fact that check in was possible any time of the day and we could bring our cat into the hotel with us. There is absolutely no noise even though it is next to the motorway. This hotel ticked all the boxes for us! Two thumbs up for Serways Hotel Heiligenroth!!!

The accommodation was easily accessible from the motorway just 5 minutes detour. It was set in a lovely little village with bakery, supermarket and old church (I loved the church bells) all minutes from the flat. The flat was so clean and tidy, the hosts very friendly and attentive, the flat was very well equipped and very spacious. This was so much better than staying in a hotel. The other thing that was so nice was they didn’t charge extra for us to have our dogs with us unlike some places we’ve stayed in before.
