I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The owners and all staff were so kind, helpful and friendly. I appreciated how clean and well kept was the whole place and how peaceful it was there. I slept so well and felt very comfortable, which I appreciated after long days of exploring Art Basel. I would definitely come back again and recommend Go2bed hotel for anyone who likes to stay in a very quiet place and outside of the busyness of city. It was only 15 minutes away by taxi from the center of Basel.

We meet our high expectations...to be fur enough it exceeded our expectations. Location is fantastic...shopping mall beneath us ....supermarket beneath us too, you can enjoy a good walk by the river, receptionists were very helpful. Highly recommended AAA+++++ :)

The hotel was excellent from the comfort cleanliness and friendliness of all the staff at breakfast, reception and in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast and restaurant food and service was outstanding. I will definitely lately recommend the guesthouse Scwannen to friends, family and work colleagues, and hopefully will return

    Wonderful German town, at the border of France and Switzerland. We could find most everything we needed nearby. Most people were friendly. Dinner at Paparazzi was good. Tram stop across the street was great for direct access to Basel. Ticket machine was right there as well

    Nice hotel for a short stay and conveniently located close to Basel. The comfort and cleanliness were excellent for the price. Breakfast was amazing—delicious and filling enough to last until the next meal. Room service was done daily, with fresh towels provided. However, only one of the three elevators was working during our stay, which caused long waits, especially around breakfast time.

    We liked the convenience & variety of the breakfast buffet. Families with children seemed to appreciate the breakfast. Staff was attentive & friendly. The parking was convenient & the grassy area is nice for kids &/or pets.

    Brilliant place by the German/ Swiss/French border- its a busy place with great access to the major highways and a hub of public transport. It has a large Turkish community which is thriving with lots of Turkish restaurants, eateries, grocery stores and really nice shisha bars. Shopping is great and youre amongst nature with the greenery around you. You have the new Galleria mall as well as the other great shopping places.

    Perfect for someone taking a river cruise.

    Perfect for someone taking a river cruise. Convenient, noon checkout, plenty of restaurants and a small shopping mall close by. From the Basel train station take the #8 tram to the am Rhein stop. 70 meters to the hotel.

    Very busy shopping center.

    Very busy shopping center. Various eating places spread around. Industrial zone., Two good Kebab places plus a boring McDo where finding P is easy. Normal Lidl. Quite a nobody place to compare with major German citities and towns. Why I do not know. Too close to Switzerland?

    Good breakfeast buffet, not the boring 5* affluance, but enough healthy choice for westerners for a a good quality start of the day. Large spacious room, cosy bar ambiance, easy reach from highway and free parking. Still in Germany, so compared to Switzerland affordable gaz stations and supermarkets around. Somewhat dated hotel, but hope they will not renovate coming years to keep prices competitive. Good last minute price offer and all you need for a relaxed stopover after long drive.

    Clean modern hotel.close to the Swiss border but much better value than Switzerland . Nice comfortable rooms, very good mainly Greek style restaurant, excellent breakfast & staff. Free onsite parking. Perfect for our stopover on the way from UK to italy.

    Very nice quiet hotel. Big airconditioned room and ability to have dinner outside. Enough parking and very near to Basel and A5. Great place to stay when you travel further to the south, or to visit the Basel region. I loved it.
