Wonderful location, close to many attractive sites including Copenhagen (comfortably by train) and Hillerod, by it at the same moment absolute calm and magical views. Very comfortable beds, great terrace for breakfast, lovely animals of all kinds... And very nice and gentle host family.

    A city famous for its castle. Otherwise, classic countryside, from the point of view of gastronomy, nothing that would in any way stand out above the Danish standard. Bad taxi service, quite problematic for those who don't come by car.

    The flat was homely with cosy lightning. The kitchen was fine with ample cutlery and plates and plenty of equipment such as coffee maker, air fryer, toastie maker, two electric elements and a microwave oven. Even if Pegasus no longer offers breakfast, milk, cereals, tea and coffee was on offer. Outside was a small decking with chairs which made a cosy place for an evening drink. Anita was very helpful and genuine. It was in a quiet location a little outside of Hillerød which worked very well for us as we had our own transport.

    The main reason for my high rating was because of the lady in the reception on the day I left. I was there for a mountain bike race which was taking place on the Sunday. I was also checking out on the Sunday, but the kind lady offered me to come back to the hotel in the afternoon to shower in the same room and pick up all my things. This level of service is not normal in Dk.
