Odense has many attractions for young and old.
Odense has many attractions for young and old. If you are a tea enthusiast, you must visit Perch's Tea House for tea and scones in an elegant setting. The Brandt Museum is not worth it unless you enjoy somewhat outrageous modern art including what looked like a dead dog on a small blanket. There are also some great side trips include Egiskov Castle and all the museums around it. The pedestrian zone in Odense has a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and great people watching. We had a good tapas dinner and very poor sushi dinner, so a quick look at menus is highly recommended.Guest review byDavidUnited States - 10.0

I enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back. A large roomy, nicely renovated hotel. It's not the most scenic hotel but it is conveniently located. The rates were very reasonable and my room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly and I like the fact that I could grab a coffee from the machines in the foyer area. Odense is a lovely city within Fyn, Denmark.
Odense is a lovely city within Fyn, Denmark. Beautiful sights to see and lovely food. A little town where it’s perfect for tourists to enjoy. Would recommend to somebody who loves a clean, quiet and well looked after city. Lovely city - and very good food. Visit soon became above expectation - partly because they have such a wonderful board game cafe - the most perfect way to spend an evening - I will come back just to go there :) (Papas - you find it close to Domkirke on St Knuds) I also loved the brunch on Froggys. Karen is also a wealth of knowledge on Denmark and provided many recommendations on what to see in the area or on route to our next destination. The hotel is also undergoing renovations on various parts or buildings and I think that will be welcome changes. The renovations did not impact our stay. Very quiet stay and restful. Of the 8 beds, two are capsules and the rest are bunk beds, very confortable. The space is spacious, clean, and comfortable.
