I like everything, I feel comfortable with the place, it has a nice design and connects with nature. The owners are friendly and it's nice not to have restrictions, they are a help in this adventure. ✨you can swim in the pool with them, look at the stars while you’re floating and take a lot of photos with the decoration outside and inside de hotel. They are for you every time and helping you to give you the tours and the transport to the airport. I love this place. The beds are so comfortable and the breakfast is delicious! 🐈

I was a stunning hotel, staff wanted to help in any way, they did a personalised schedule for me during my stay. Also went out of their way to cater for my vegan diet. Even on their bbq buffet the chef had prepared me a full vegan feast. I had been out there for 5 weeks volunteer working in another island, so this was my treat on my way back home. I was made to feel so special, it was the finishing touch to a special time.

This place is magical!! The family that runs it is so nice and welcoming. The food and coffee was amazing and the location is within walking distance from the giant tortoise reserve. The view is wonderful and it feels like a slice of paradise!

Very modern and luxurious room. Comfortable beds, spacious room with big TV, bathroom with hot water. Everything was cleaned daily. Great rooftop terrace with kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff. Ferries, day trips, and snorkling gear can be booked / rented directly at the reception. Really good value for the price!

In 40 years of travelling this team of staff must rate as the most personable, friendly and helpful we have had the pleasure to come across. Yes the hotel is in a great location, excellent standard and lovely views from the terrace but a lot of hotels could say that. What they can’t all offer is the level of happy service that this can. Best hotel we stayed in over 4 weeks of travelling.

We had really nice stay in this accomodation. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. All parts were clean and very well maintained. We especially enjoyed big roof terrace and small but nice garden. The breakfast was simple but tasty. And the best is definitelly the staff, as it is very helpfull and caring. Just the wifi connection was a tragedy as it worked only next to the reception. But we were informed about it which is fair.

- very friendly staff; the owner and her daughter was not only friendly, on top of that she asked us every morning about our plans for the day and gave us a lot of helpful information After seeing my sunburn, she has given me a very useful Aloe-Vera-Gel for free and because of the fact, that we've had to check-out early before breakfast because of our ferry, she has given us a breakfast to go. That's great service! - great room - the WLAN is not perfect, but compared with other hotels at the Galapagos Islands, it is quite good

We were so glad we booked this hotel. It was absolutely stunning. We were in the Southern Cross room at the top of the hotel, and it was gorgeous. Views on two sides of the harbour/sea/town, spacious and everything you need. The restaurant next to the water was really lovely, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend splashing out for the best rooms.

    It is pricey for the average “traveller” but for a highlands Galápagos experience a stunning location. I had a large log fire that was no trouble to get lit and logs supplied beautiful grounds amazing tour of the stunning lava tunnels in the grounds. Planted a tree for my girls back home, something unique to the hotel
