Actually, I rated 10 as all expectations were met (starting from the parking spot available next to the entrance, ending with the fulfilment of the major request to give us two rooms close to each other. Very good location (10 mins by car to the sea port), easy check in and out, very quick elevator, comfortable beds.

Everything was great, even better than expected. The place was nice, modern and clean. Enjoyed that the staff respond super quick and answer any questions you might have. Plus, was surprised that the room had it's own sauna.
