We really enjoyed our stay! The place is surrounded by beautiful nature and peaceful farms, yet it’s still close to Elva with its shops and restaurants. Lake Võrtsjärv is only about a 15-minute drive away, which was perfect for a short visit. The grill and sauna were in great condition, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like air conditioning, mosquito nets on the windows, and sprays on the terrace. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay – we had a wonderful time!

A fantastic location set in the heart of a forest with rustic cottages adding to the back to nature feeling. Our family party included several young children and there was lots of nearby outdoor play activities which they loved. The overall sense of safety and space increased the enjoyment immensely. The facilities and activities were great, we used the sauna, the BBQ area, archery and lake swimming. The staff were brilliant, always friendly and helpful. On top of all this the cost was extremely reasonable. Everyone loved their time here and had nothing but positive feedback and wanted to return next year.

Really cool authentic watermill next to a lake that has some beautifully renovated rooms and breakfast area. Quiet and beautiful surroundings. Our room was beautiful and comfortable with some nicely renovated pieces of furniture and good quality pillows, blankets and beddings. Breakfast was authentic Estonian with eggs cooked according to your choice and home-made bread. Hosts were super nice!

The property was great. My only isssue was that I beleive the listing to be misleading. It stated there was a private bathroom. This was not stipulated in the listing or photos. there was no running water just a compost loo. We bathed in the lake and had a butt of water left for us with the offer of more. It said a fully functioning kitchenette, again this is not the case. The listing also said private beach which is not the case. However it is a beautiful property.
