The hotel has the nicest and most helpful and smiley staff and receptionists. The hotel was outstanding in every way. The place was clean, spacious, and had great service. Great place, lovely decoration, splendid view of the Mediterranean and most of all we enjoyed the great flexibility from the lovely host. Missed the train from Aswan, but the host had no problem pushing our reservation one day, which was really nice.
