We liked the room nice and spacious comfortable beds, air conditioned rooms. Staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms daily serviced unless you choose to opt out. Housekeeping staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurants on site have great food and good variety of dishes. All services provided including arranging taxi for guests, our taxi driver was Muhammad Javid who provided a great service on behalf of the hotel, we would highly recommend requesting for Muhammad Javid. This was our first experience in Egypt, we're really pleased we stayed at Ridisson Blu and will certainly stay there for future visits. The hotel has thought of everything to accommodate guests which is brilliant. The location is on the outskirts of the main city Alexandria it's a safe and well secured place with security on premises. Thanking Radisson all staff for an enjoyable stay. We would like to make a special mention to the second in charge at The Lake restaurant thank you for your hospitality, a special mention to the shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport and gave us a brief history listen on our drive to the hotel, thank you. And off course our taxi driver Muhammad Javid thank you. Till next time God bless.

"I stayed at the villa during my vacation and had a great experience. The place was very clean, well-organized, and peaceful, exactly as shown in the pictures. The villa is comfortable and beautifully designed, making it perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend it and would definitely love to come back again.

It was truly a very special experience. The place is quiet and distinguished by its location on the sea. This experience is worth repeating. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent. Staff were polite and friendly with English speakers at the reception. They were very organised and pay attention to detail.The hotel was very tidy and clean. The hotel is not overcrowded. There was a great food variety with very large food portions being enough to feed three people. The gym facility is great with up to to date machinery. I would rate this hotel 5/5 for all the services.
