I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The room was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. I also appreciated the on-site amenities, including the 5 à la carte restaurants which added a lot to the overall experience. Special thanks to : Ms. Massouada, the gest relation manager who welcomed us and took care of us throughout our stay Chef Ahmad Ibrahim,Thank you for making my stay even more memorable with such outstanding cuisine. Good size room and and comfortable beds. Special thanks to Mahmoud bellman, Mostapha at Rocky bar, Abd Eldaym housekeeping, Osama and Ahmed lifeguard at the snorkelling spot and Ahmed lifeguard at the swimming pool near our room were extremely professional 10/10 in customer service. Aqua park at sister hotel is a bonus especially if traveling with kids and the lifeguard team maintain a professional and friendly attitude while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe environment. Favourite place was the snorkelling spot.

    The is best fun of my holiday, I get to do this adventure solo which was great and the instructor was very patient and nice , I am a physical disable person and the help and support I got from this group in other to make me enjoy the scuba diving experience was phenomena. The free food and drink was amazing...I highly recommend this guys for beginners diver with zero experience trust me you will enjoy the underwater world.

    It was a great experience, we really enjoyed the resort.

    It was a great experience, we really enjoyed the resort. We went on tours to Hula Hula Beach, did snorkeling and scuba diving, rented a yacht for a day, and also went quad biking in the desert at sunset. It was a lot of fun.

The hospitality is warm and welcoming, making the stay enjoyable. While some areas could benefit from better maintenance and more organized services, overall, it is a wonderful place for a holiday.

    A wonderful place to stay, lovely cats can be seen everywhere, enjoy the nature of Red Sea and one of the world's beaches. Giftun island is a wonderful world to enjoy with super vibes. Enjoy wandering in the touristic promenade with wide variety of delicious food cuisines.

    Hurghada is a beautiful city with plenty of activities and attractions to enjoy. It offers a wide range of resorts to suit every traveler’s needs. I highly recommend staying at Jaz Hotels or Titanic Royal — both provide excellent service and memorable experiences. However, I strongly advise avoiding Titanic Resort & Aqua Park. Unfortunately, the service there was well below expectations.
