I recently stayed at Serry Resort in Hurghada with my family, and we had an amazing experience. Everything was perfect – the staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and highly professional. A special thanks to Mr. Walid, one of the managers, who was exceptionally helpful and always available, making our stay truly memorable. Mr. Ahmed at the beach was also fantastic – very organized and kind, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing day by the sea. My wife, baby, and I felt so welcomed and taken care of, from the beach to the restaurant, where the staff was always attentive. Everyone was so generous and hospitable. Our stay was wonderful, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic experience in Hurghada.

The attention to detail and genuine kindness of the staff truly stood out. The food was absolutely fantastic! Each meal offered a delicious variety of dishes with fresh ingredients and rich, satisfying flavors. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the dining experience was consistently top-notch. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and lovely outdoor areas that made it easy to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. *A very special thank you to Mohammed Moawd* for his exceptional support and kindness throughout our stay.
