Great hotel. Everything was nice. I would surely choose it again next time we visit . Perfect location,and view. The staff were all very friendly, nice and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, Airport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

My stay at the Crowne Plaza West Cairo - Arkan was truly exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed, with comfortable and well-appointed rooms. The staff, especially Elshimy and Bishoy, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene, perfect for relaxation. The venue is designed in a very easily accessible way. The pool, the variety of restaurants and the room service. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly is the amazing sense of humor and the attitude of the staff. Viola, kirollos, Amr, Mohamad are some of the names I remember who helped make our stay enjoyable and memorable.

Our stay at the Galaxy Pyramids View Inn was simply unforgettable. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, everything was perfect. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with a wonderful surprise from the staff — they had beautifully decorated our room and prepared a flower bouquet to celebrate the beginning of our honeymoon. The room was luxurious, beautifully designed, and included a bathtub. What truly amazed us was the breathtaking view of the pyramids right from our window. Seif, one of the staff members, kindly accompanied us when we went shopping outside the hotel and even took us on a tuk-tuk ride. He made us feel safe and cared for at all times! We’ll always remember this experience and highly recommend this hotel.

It was a very unique experience! The hotel is new, clean, and everything is brand new. The staff are very eager to assist you at any moment, from the moment of arrival to departure. The manager was truly amazing, and they provided us with a very special breakfast with a view of the pyramids. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay so much we had to come back a second time! Youssef and marawan are the most amazing accommodating, kind and welcoming hosts. Our flight was very delayed resulting us checking in so late but it was no problem to them, Youssef met us at the door with friendly smile and helping us with our bags and bringing water to the room really nothing was so much trouble and the breakfast served on the rooftop with breathtaking view I cannot recommend this place enough.
