We had an amazing experience at this beach hotel. The food eas absolotely fantastic - incredibly varied, fresh and delicious every single day. Whether you are into local specialitues or internațional cuisine, there is something for everyone. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Theis attention to detail and warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. I'll definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this brand-new hotel, which impressed us from the moment we arrived. The modern décor is stylish and fresh, and the beachfront location is unbeatable, offering beautiful views and a constant and welcome sea breeze. Although we didn’t spend much time on the beach itself, as the sea isn’t ideal for swimming beyond paddling, the nearby jetty offered some decent snorkeling, though it could get quite busy and hectic. Once the hotel’s own jetty is completed, it will definitely enhance the experience for guests. The bedrooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Highly recommend booking a swim-up room. The pools are spotlessly clean, and we especially loved the double loungers in the infinity pool, which were a big hit. One standout feature was the permanent sunshades and pergolas over all the sunbeds…no more battling with umbrellas! The dining experiences were another highlight. The buffet was consistently high in quality, and we really appreciated being able to book five different à la carte dinners throughout our stay. As a bonus, both the beachfront and Italian restaurants also offer unlimited à la carte options for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and great variety. One of the most memorable moments of our trip was a wonderful horse ride along the beach right in front of the hotel. The nearby stables (just a five-minute drive away) made it easy to arrange, and it’s an experience I would highly recommend. Another good thing that the hotel offer is free transportation in the hotel golf buggies to nearby shops/attractions or just simply for a ride along the beachfront. You can also hire your own self-drive buggies nearby. What truly made our holiday special was the outstanding level of service from all the staff. Everyone from the gardeners and cleaners to the restaurant teams, were friendly, professional, and welcoming.

All the areas of the hotel were very clean and beautifully decorated. The service was excellent and all the staff was friendly and ready to help. There are several restaurants and bars with great food and drink options. The Wi-Fi was great in the whole area of the resort, even on the beach. As we had a later flight, they offered late check out of the room and kept our luggage for a bit longer while we enjoyed the last hours of vacation!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and by Mr. Hanna, who kindly gave us a tour to make everything smoother. The hotel itself is stunning and offers everything for a relaxing holiday, from great buffet food to several restaurants. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Mustapha at Leo’s Bar, Alae at Vanilla, and Alex & Ibrahim at the American Bar all went above and beyond with their outstanding service. Thanks to them, every moment felt special <3 We also enjoyed the spa, and contrary to some reviews, it was a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Amani for her excellent care.

We were very positively surprised. Food was amazing, people very kind, rooms very cleaned up. Ibrahim, ismail and mohammed from house keeping were very friendly and professional. We stayed in room 2103 and they helped us out alot. Zahra always checked in on us! The waiters in the restaurants were also amazing and kind! Thank you for our amazing stay!

Outstanding Rooms and Amenities Our room was beautifully designed, offering luxury, comfort, and stunning sea views. Everything was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, thanks to the attentive housekeeping staff who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. World-Class Food and Dining The food selection was phenomenal, with something to satisfy every palate. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were always a treat, but the evening desserts at Culina Restaurant were simply divine! Whether you’re a foodie or just looking for variety, the culinary experience here is second to none. Incredible Activities and Relaxation One of the highlights of our trip was the snorkeling right off the resort. The marine life was so vibrant and abundant that it easily surpassed the organized snorkeling excursions we’ve been on before. For relaxation, we indulged in two Hammams and four massages during our 10-day stay. The spa staff were exceptional, and the preheated pool near the spa added an extra touch of luxury. Attentive and Hardworking Staff The resort’s staff are its true heart and soul. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and committed to ensuring our comfort. A special mention goes to Atef AbdelAty, who worked incredibly hard and deserves all the recognition for his dedication.

This is the hotel that you are looking for! Is our second time in Grand Water World hotel because Is the best place to enjoy our holiday. Is a lot of things to do, clean swimming pools, entertainment team Is amazing, lots of restaurants you can choose to dine in, food is exceptional!!! with a variety of choices that fit any tastes possible. Beach was clean, a lot of sunbeds to choose from and variety of drinks. And of course the room is big and clean, with a big terrace and nice view. Also the customer service is great, everybody is trying their best to make us have the best experience possible. Special thanks to Mohammed from reception, he deal with our late check out in an amazing manner, and also to Captain Abdelrahman who provide the best restaurant service. Can't wait to return next year.
