We liked the room nice and spacious comfortable beds, air conditioned rooms. Staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms daily serviced unless you choose to opt out. Housekeeping staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurants on site have great food and good variety of dishes. All services provided including arranging taxi for guests, our taxi driver was Muhammad Javid who provided a great service on behalf of the hotel, we would highly recommend requesting for Muhammad Javid. This was our first experience in Egypt, we're really pleased we stayed at Ridisson Blu and will certainly stay there for future visits. The hotel has thought of everything to accommodate guests which is brilliant. The location is on the outskirts of the main city Alexandria it's a safe and well secured place with security on premises. Thanking Radisson all staff for an enjoyable stay. We would like to make a special mention to the second in charge at The Lake restaurant thank you for your hospitality, a special mention to the shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport and gave us a brief history listen on our drive to the hotel, thank you. And off course our taxi driver Muhammad Javid thank you. Till next time God bless.

It was truly a very special experience. The place is quiet and distinguished by its location on the sea. This experience is worth repeating. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent. The hotel staff are cooperative, especially Mr. Ashraf Hegazy. He is a cooperative and welcoming person who does his work in a professional manner. He truly deserves all respect and appreciation. We absolutely loved everything! 🫶 The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help at a moment’s notice. It was a real pleasure staying here – we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. We were greeted at the entrance in the middle of the night – thank you so much for that! In the morning, they kindly showed us around the city and explained where we could buy a SIM card and groceries. When our water heater broke, I mentioned it to the staff, and within an hour it was replaced. Everything was simply perfect – thank you for such a warm and thoughtful stay! 🌟
