"I stayed at the villa during my vacation and had a great experience. The place was very clean, well-organized, and peaceful, exactly as shown in the pictures. We were here for a wedding. We thought it would be convenient to stay overnight, and luckily the hotel and staff didn't disappoint. They helped us with everything from transportation, exchanging money, getting our debit card back after it was taken by the ATM in the hotel (oops), packing lunches for our return trip, and everything else we needed. Special thanks to Aliaa Khallaf and the director, Ahmed, for helping us get our debit card back on a Thursday afternoon. They made the impossible possible by getting it back before our trip.

Everything was perfect. The host is very welcoming and decent, he made sure every little detail is taken care of. He went far and beyond by setting up a power generator to assure maximum comfort even during power cut off. Also Mahmoud sent someone with mosquito fogger which helped keeping the place enjoyable. I loved the good internet connection, the air conditioning, the comfy beds, the equiped kitchen, the washing and drying machine, the lovely garden and pool, 5 bedrooms, and on top of that it's all clean. Was absolutely a fantastic stay for a big family. I've tried different villas in Alexandria and this villa was the best in every aspect. Worth every penny!

Africana Hotel is the best I've been, really my favorite hotel. I have to come to Alex time to time cause of business and the hotel has always the best manners. Ms Shireen and Mr Asharaf are the best managers, giving assitance and solutions to any problem, internal or externals. I consider them as my friends. Thank for all the attentions!
