I recently stayed at Elisir SPA and Hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and made the check-in process seamless. The lobby was elegantly designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, coffee maker, and minibar, made the stay even more enjoyable. The bathroom was pristine, featuring a walk-in shower with high-quality toiletries. The hotel’s restaurant offered a fantastic dining experience. I had dinner there one evening, and the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, with fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. I also took advantage of the hotel’s fitness centre, which had a great selection of equipment. The location was perfect—conveniently close to popular tourist attractions and public transportation. Overall, Elisir SPA and Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area—the combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and top-notch facilities made for a truly memorable stay.

‏My visit to the "Jewel" hotel was an incredible experience! The warm atmosphere and attention to detail were wonderful. The reception by Anas and Kareem was inviting, and they were always available with a smile. Their positive energy, along with the hotel staff's, created a personal and unforgettable experience. The dining pleasure was also thanks to Amr, the manager, who ensured tasty meals served beautifully. There are areas for improvement, such as the absence of alcohol and weak Wi-Fi. The facilities are perfect, there is so much and it’s n it too overwhelming, everything is close but there is still space. The staff are amazing. You always feel safe and the lifeguards are super vigilant with the children. The dining staff housekeeping, bar, reception everyone just goes out of their way to make it an amazing experience. This is the place only time we have ever gone back to the same hotel for a second time.

The staff were the best asset. I was welcomed like royalty at reception and Mr Mina, the manager, was really kind and helpful. The waiters at Royal restaurant were amazing! Always smiley and attentive to every detail. I would like to thank the bartenders Kareem and Ibre. The massage service was really good. I really enjoyed the massage station on the beach ( Sultana, Yasmina and Dalia took good care of me). The food was fresh, good quality and plentiful. The gardens were beautiful, so many flowers and birds. Mohammed from housekeeping ensured my room was always clean and tidy, he always asked me if everything was ok . Thank you!
