Arriving at the Alarcon village was like something out of a story book with the castle being the main character. It was such a treat to stay in a building so beautifully preserved. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were cosy and warm and the food at the restaurant was excellent. If your budget allows it, book your stay in the tower for the whole experience. Alarcón is a pretty village with a selection of restaurants and bars.

Gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable with everything needed. Loved the courtyard! Location is perfect in a very beautiful and Spanish town. Only watch out is supermarket is a drive away so make sure you bring milk etc with you or be prepared to drive.

A good location for a hassle-free getaway in Alarcón, La Posada del Hidalgo de Alarcón is a country house surrounded by views of the quiet street.

We've stayed here before and were again enchanted by it. The room was delightful, such beautiful decor and a four poster bed!! Angel and Abrahet are lovely hosts and made us very welcome. Excellent breakfast. We would definitely recommend La Posada, and would stay here again.
