We had a fantastic stay at Castell de la Solana. Nanna and Hannu really know what they’re doing and found the perfect balance between professional and personal treatment of their guests. We loved the breakfast, the cycling facilities, the spa, and the absolute top-treatment for our dog Lukas. Definetly would come back!

The breakfast was very good, you could request more than just a continental breakfast. The owners were very pleasant and helpful, in fact you were made to feel like one of the family. We ate lunch and dinner at the hotel, prepared by the owner which was delicious and of his suggestion. The hotel was off the beaten track, in the Spanish campo, it was beautifully gardened, the swimming pool and lounge area were perfect. This was a place to completely relax and unwind and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding scenery. A beautiful, tranquil hotel but having a perfect Spanish village nearby. The bedroom was spacious with a view of the terrace area and garden. The bathroom was huge with a big walk in shower and toiletries were supplied. I could not recommend this hotel and the owners more highly and would certainly return at a later date.

This hotel was just beautiful. From the moment we arrived to the time we had to leave everything was exceptional. The views of the surroundings were breathtaking. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The suite was warm and inviting and you could even enjoy the vista from the jacuzzi. The food was delicious with a very different menu. For the whole experience it was great value for money. Cannot wait to return.

There are places that escape the possibilities we have to describe them. Ad Hoc was one of those places - it's one of the most beautiful, relaxing, and realized places I have visited. It is exactly what it wants to be, and sticks to its guns. It's hard not to relax there - tucked away in the corner of a sleepy town of Beniarbeig, washed away by the greenery of trees, with surrounding mountains peeking here and there, it's a very definition of zen. If that wasn't enough, the service was absolutely excellent - and you must try the restaurant downstairs, which is absolutely genius.

    This is a beautiful countryside home and the area is more...

    This is a beautiful countryside home and the area is more country than beach. It is for hiking and exploring different places. Restaurants are not close to each other like the other areas in the beach. The home is a great home to come with family and relax and enjoy the scenery! Mostly an area for relaxation! The drive to near by towns will probably be 20-30 minutes. Activities with family in this type of setting is just priceless. THe calmness, the beauty and nature all together is what this home in Alcalali is! The host are also extremely sweet, helpful and their hospitality is outstanding.

    We have stayed in Alcalali before & Villa TROSSOS was the better location as in easy walking distance of the town. Bar Porche is excellent for food & drinks. Lots of small towns to visit within a short driving radius.

    Alcalali is such a cute little town and if you’re an avid cyclist you have all the mountains on your doorstep. Great bars and restaurants only walking distance.
