The hotel is very nice, we liked everything during our stay there. My daughter really appreciated the gummy bears that they have at the reception area! I loved the window seating with curtains, as it allowed us to make a cute little personal sleeping space there for our 3yo daughter while not taking any space in the room, compared to a crib, which usually takes up the whole room. The facilities provided are exceptional: anything you could think of, including a hair straightener and twizers.

We came to Valencia for the marathon. The staff made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had the perfect experience, including a free post-race massage and gifts in our room. A special mention for Augustin and Andreas for their kindness and super enthusiasm regarding the race! The rooms were clean and comformtable, the breakfast very good and the location ideal for exploring the old town. We will hopefully be back!

I loved the classic appearance and elegance of the hotel. The staff were efficient knowledgable and courteous. The classical ambience of the hotel was outstanding. It’s location in the centre of the Old Town of Valencia is first class and all the classical sights are a short walk away.

    difficult to access of main road. no air conditioning in...

    difficult to access of main road. no air conditioning in room since it was turned off in entire building, it's November we were told that is what is done. it was hot in the room (25C+) even with window fully open (not safe for children) we left the window open during the night but it was storming, rain and thunder so had to close it. we asked for a fan which we got, but made no difference. had expected better from Ibis.

    Hotel situated next to Bonaire shopping centre, perfect for our Christmas shopping visit. Great variety of shops with several sensibly priced restaurants at the shopping centre. Access to the hotel and shopping centre directly from the A3 with plenty of free parking on site.

    Everything was fine at the hotel. The rooms were good and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and they were happy to cater to our needs everytime. The breakfast was quite good. The daily homemade cake was absolutely delicious. Free parking right at the hotel and also outside.
