I had Premium room and it was amazing, as well as the whole stay there. Every single inch of hotel is so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The room was spacious, comfortable. Most of all I like the area near window and that there are curtains so you can separate that zone. Also I likes the way the bathroom is constructed, toilet and shower are in separate cabins. The last but not least the breakfast- they have eating zone at the last floor with 360 view of Valencia, also food was very good and excellent service everywhere. Also the location is just perfect, so close to everything

    difficult to access of main road. no air conditioning in...

    difficult to access of main road. no air conditioning in room since it was turned off in entire building, it's November we were told that is what is done. it was hot in the room (25C+) even with window fully open (not safe for children) we left the window open during the night but it was storming, rain and thunder so had to close it. we asked for a fan which we got, but made no difference. had expected better from Ibis.

    Hotel situated next to Bonaire shopping centre, perfect for our Christmas shopping visit. Great variety of shops with several sensibly priced restaurants at the shopping centre. Access to the hotel and shopping centre directly from the A3 with plenty of free parking on site.

    A nice hotel that is near the airport. The price is good for what you get, quite clean. We had some trouble getting a taxi in the morning, so it is evry good to book ahead and double check it is confirmed. Otherwise it is a good choice if your are on a budget. There is a cute bar downstairs and breakfast was okay as well.

    We got 2 room connecting rooms and was very great for us as family of 5, the room and bathroom size is good. The beds are kind is conformable. The breakfast was basic and not verities. the hotel next to very big mall you find so many shops and very huge supermarket where you buy drinks or snacks .

    Overall, the whole experience at the hotel was great. The rooms, the cleanliness, the service, the breakfast, etc. Most notably, the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful - especially Laura at the reception. The hotel's close proximity to the Bonaire Commercial Center is a plus
