All very easy once we'd made contact with the host on arriving in Lanzarote. Access was from 5 pm but she WhatsApp us to say she was there already so we went about 3 pm which was good. The place was comfortable and very clean. We had one problem with balcony window, fixed next day. Arrieta is a nice, quiet town which we like, short walk into town for shops, cafe etc, convenient. There is good swimming in a protected pool with a little beach by the harbour. The main Garita beach had red flags up because of big waves form the windy conditions although the life guard allowed you in to play in the waves up to waist deep. Rest of island is very accessible with a hire car, good parking. We were at the back but had good views into the volcanic interior and across to Arrieta.

Beautiful apartment, stunning views, exceptionally clean, comfortable beds and sofa. Maite was the perfect host always on hand to help with any enquiries and responded very quickly to WhatsApp message. Will definitely be returning.

Pleasant, helpful host. Modern apartment with well-equipped kitchen, lots of light and large terrace. Great location in the small fishing village of Arrieta, which has some really good restaurants. Lovely walks along the seafront through the next village and then along the rocky coast to Jameos del Agua and beyond.

    Arrieta is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Very quiet. All the restaurants I can recommend, especially of course, for fish. It is easy to get around. It is not for young couples if you are looking for activities.

    Arrieta is lovely unspoilt spot with good beach & lovely walk to Punte Mujeres along the seafront to enjoy the natural swimming pools. There is a good cafe for coffee & breakfast & a good beach bar. There are a handful of good fish restaurants but most of these were closed in the evenings which was disappointing. We missed being able to wander out in the evenings for a drink watching the world go by, however this was preferable to being in one of the purpose built tourist traps which Arrieta definitely is not. Fortunately the restaurant near the apartment did open 5/7 evenings.

    Arrieta is a quiet town.

    Arrieta is a quiet town. Beautiful Beach Easy to walk around Very clean and local shops and restaurants very kind and helpful. Lovely coffee and croissants at Pastelerio El Verodero for dinner we went to restaurante Amanerca and there is a lovely Pizza place. Would recommend the town to anyone wanting a quiet break

    Two things really annoyed us.

    Two things really annoyed us. The property was described as having one twin room and one double. It didn’t! Just two rooms with single beds. Also one of the bedroom doors was so badly hung it couldn’t be closed without a huge effort and and a great deal of noise. I also think if you provide a coffee maker then you should also provide the pods to go in it.

    I love Arrieta , been before and will go again .

    I love Arrieta , been before and will go again . Small village , no hotels but good restaurants . If you want a short drive will take you to costa teguise and beyond . 10 minutes from Haria another village , inland with Saturday market , Supermarkets have sprung up around arricife , perfect for self catering . Trip to la grandiosa well worth doing and drive to ferry 10 minutes from villa

    Really enjoyed our short stay.

    Really enjoyed our short stay. A lovely fishing type village, with all the amenities we needed, not for those looking for an all inc. holiday. And you can surf, when the tides are right, from the jetty to the beach! Peaceful and quiet, lots of locals and Spanish being spoken in the main- no problems with language at the restaurants- I preferred La Casa de La Playa on the beach to eat at. I did not enjoy and would not recommend Restaurante los Pescaditos- they were arrogant and conceited. Some campers parked by the beach made it feel more relaxed. I'd go again, as I liked the peace and quiet, Though it may be busier in summer.

    Super clean, comfortable, light & well designed apartment a few minutes walk from the beach & good local restaurants. Great internet/WiFi connection & the separate dressing room with loads of fitted wardrobe space was a real bonus. Perfect for a couple. Easy parking on the street outside the apartment or on ground a few steps away (note - this is not the main road into/out of the village but a smaller one-way street parallel to it). Very friendly & helpful hosts.

    Charming house beautifully refurbished. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment had everything we needed for our holiday. The picnic table across from the house was a bonus. Several nights we sat on it watching the stars and listening to the waves. We also loved the proximity to arrietta and punta mujeries - two quiet authentic villages.
