I was here in 2020 in full Covid-19 period, and I’ll always remember the staff’s professionalism and friendliness in very uncommon and difficult circumstances at that time. So I came back and I was again very pleased by the staff’s warm welcome, the underground parking space, the big and comfy room and the top restaurant. I’ll be back soon!

We felt very welcomed. I liked the nice little items for comfort, like slippers, paper bag, jellies and felt warmness of hand written messages. The rooms were well cleaned and nicely prepared, the attention to detail in furnishings, and comfort of the room was excellent. There are so many good qualities here that you can't find in big hotels, and my colleagues were happy to stay here, too.

    It’s really an awful place.

    It’s really an awful place. I don’t see any good reason to stay there besides work commitments and/or the need to find a cheaper option than staying in Bilbao. In the evening there’s no place around that offers food at normal times, they’re either closed or open only for drinking. I ended up at a Domino’s Pizza after a couple of wasted hours looking for a proper restaurant, on a Sunday evening.

    For one night without breakfast was good except for smell in the room - it was too strong. We travelled with the dog and I would say, my dog had 5star hotel that night: they prepared a bowl of water, a sleeping pillow, and some dog biscuits. That was really nice!!!

    Easy access for parking right next to the hotel entrance. The next day reception manager tried to make the things better but the night experience we had was hard to overcome.
