A great hotel where everything went perfectly right from the start. From the friendly check in to the check out. I would like to mention the design of the hotel and its location - this is something for people who appreciate chic and comfort. The breakfasts and service at it were also very impressive and that too with the combination of the beautiful view from the terrace. In my opinion this is definitely the best hotel in the beautiful city of Bilbao

Well connected to Bilbao by train (only 0,55€ trip buying the 3€ card to use several people at the same time). Hotel Value for money. Nice food in the restaurant, excellent menu for lunch, 13.5€ with 2 courses, drink, bread and desert. Same for breakfast,. Staff extremely helpful and charming. Area quite with total relax at 20 minutes from the old city centre of Bilbao. Confortable bed, spacious bathroom.

For the price we paid I was very surprised at the quality of the hotel. Yes, it is a Holiday Inn Express and fairly basic but it was all we needed for one night and an early start. Excellent staff in reception. the shuttle to the airport was quick and regular. less than a 5 minute journey. Comfortable room with tea making facilities. Nice breakfast that starts early. Tidy restaurant next door for dinner.

Magnificent view to the city from this mountain hotel. Safe parking, easy access from motorways, a bus line to the city centre or a 3km walk downhill to reach the city. Hotel was very beautiful and superbly clean. Rooms and beds were comfortable, shower water was hot and its pressure good, also the hotel had plenty of books and leaflets on local attractions, sights and trip suggestions. Very nice, super efficient and helpful staff made us feel very welcome right from the beginning.
