Bossost is an easily accessible village which retains its...
Bossost is an easily accessible village which retains its architectural charm and friendly welcome. It has a good selection of restaurants and bars as well as a number of speciality shops. It has great views of the surrounding mountains and a river runs alongside the principal street. Parking was easy (although we visited during low season). We managed to park on the street opposite our hotel, but there are numerous car parks dotted around the town - all of which are free!. There are large supermarkets (with fuel stations) within a short drive of the village and plenty of places to eat and drink. Many of the streets are effectively pedestrianised and, apart from some steep gradients, the village is very easy to walk around. If you choose to explore the back streets, you will find many interesting and characteristic buildings.
