Very service-oriented host, we received a welcome drink, and he was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire vacation. Always nearby for questions. The rooms were very clean, and the pool area was also clean. A quiet environment overall. The location is perfect, there are great restaurants nearby, both expensive and inexpensive. It's a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach that isn't too crowded. There's a lovely view from the terrace of the bay with sailing boats and the bay itself. Within walking distance, there's a taxi stand where taxis are regularly available. A supermarket is just 2 minutes away. Everything you need is there. There’s a large parking lot with free parking.

The staff were incredible - they were very helpful if we needed a taxi, recommendations or help extending our stay (which we decided to do as it was so amazing). The location to the beach was within 2 minute walk (making it easy to go to and from the room during the day, whilst stationed at the beach) and the restaurant at the hotel for breaky/dinner was stunning.

Highly recommend this hotel. It is away from the busy streets of Ibiza Town, but an affordable taxi ride in if you want to see the old Town. Modern, clean, comfortable suites with fresh water. Great service. Good restaurant on site. So close to a beautiful beach, and nice pools. Kids play areas. There are lots of local restaurants and stores close by.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this new beautiful, family-owned hotel in Ibiza. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the family who clearly take great pride in running this charming establishment. The hospitality was truly exceptional—personal, thoughtful, and always with a genuine smile. The hotel itself is cozy and tastefully decorated with a very detailed eye for design. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after exploring the vibrant island. The location is ideal too—close enough to enjoy Ibiza’s beaches and attractions but tucked away enough to feel like a hidden gem. What really set this hotel apart, though, was the personal touch. Whether it was offering great local tips, having an 'honesty bar', making sure our room was perfect, or serving a delicious homemade breakfast each morning (one of the best we ever had in a hotel!), it was clear that the family went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful & authentic experience in Ibiza! All the best! Hanne & Rutger

    Close to beach, good access to boat jetty and taxis. . Little bit corporate, lots of stairs, bit disjointed but there are lifts. Cleanliness in restaurant not good. Asked for a quiet room and was allocated one under the restaurant. Heard lots of noises, banging in one case, went to restaurant to bring it their attention, apparently they were chopping meat.

    Having been to Cala Llonga for a number of years we love the bay. However the people are still the same but unfortunately the make up of Hotels seem to be overtaking the village, which is making it less attractive for families. But Cala Llonga was renowned for this.

    Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed and bed linen both excellent. Breakfast choice excellent. Spa facilities fabulous. Best restaurants are often inland, Sant Gertrude’s town has several (car needed). Amanti restaurant closeby, but pricey. La Paloma restaurant near Sant Lorenz. Cala Llonga large beach is crowded but has still calm sea, ideal for young children.

    Excellent location. 15/20 minutes to Old town, 40 minutes to San Antonio and loads of really lovely up scale restaurants and affordable family Restaurants all in facility 2 supermarkets on the beach and one at the top of the town €25 for two sun beds and umbrella on the beach, sunbed man comes around to pay about 11am. We stayed at the beginning of the summer holiday and there were sun beds throughout the day to rent available.

    Lovely little town with cute bars and restaurants, would recommend if you want a chilled out vibe. Great for families and groups alike. The beach is lovely and lots of space. Good access to all parts of the island.

    Cala Llonga is a gem!

    Cala Llonga is a gem! The wide, sandy beach is perfect for families, with shallow waters and a beautiful backdrop of pine-covered hills. The town offers diverse dining options and bars, plus plenty of water sports. It’s a peaceful retreat, conveniently close to Ibiza Town and Santa Eulalia. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

    The location of the hotel is just stunning. Cala Llonga is a beautiful beach, super quiet and with amazing views. I had a beautiful clean room, with an amazing view of the sea. Same applies for the pool area, that had the most wonderful surroundings. For being an all inclusive hotel, it was super quite and enjoyable.
